Empowering The Salvation Army's donation process, our Donor Services System (DSS) optimized donation logistics, enhanced donor experiences, and allowed key metric insights

Routing System: Creation of truck routing software for scheduling and collecting donations. Utilizing iPadOS for navigation, communication, and DOT compliance. Crafted dispatcher software ensuring real-time rerouting, monitoring, and communication with trucks.

Donation Software and System: Developed a responsive mobile app and website empowering donors to schedule pickups and track donations. Created internal call-center software with seamless phone system integration.

Metric Dashboard and Integration: Crafted a robust solution for financial tracking, reporting, and seamless integration with enterprise systems. Our dynamic dashboard delivers key metrics in real-time, facilitating informed decision-making.
