Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Common Forge platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Service, including contractors, subcontractors, and enterprise clients using SPARC for workforce planning purposes.
Use of the platform
Common Forge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
The Service is designed for workforce planning and labor management. Any use outside of these intended purposes may result in immediate termination of access.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Common Forge immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Common Forge will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement. You may not use another user's account without their permission.
Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Common Forge and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent of Common Forge.
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide regarding the Service may be used by Common Forge without any obligation to compensate you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Common Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
In no event shall Common Forge's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Governing law
